A trick that the gas companies do not tell you, is purchase petrol in the morning and get up to one gallon of gas free.  The gas station does not provide you a gallon of gas for free; it’s the laws of physics in action.  Gasoline expands with heat, so if you fill your tank in the morning when temperatures are cooler, you will in truth have more gas by the afternoon when the day warms up!

Ring your utility and cell phone providers and make inquires to see if there is any way for you to save money on your bill.  Amazingly most of the time, they can re-examine your bill and present you with suggestions on how to save.  In times of recession every little bit of help really matters.  Most often they can find an improved plan or even slash your bill.  Companies have been known to deduct up to $100 a month off the bill just because they’ve been asked!

Go ahead and call your credit card companies and enquire about how to reduce your interest rate.  Bring up that you received an offer from a competitor for a lower interest rate and your current credit card company will almost certainly match that rate, because they do not want to lose your business!

Surviving the recession requires all kind of efforts.  But as is so often said, “20% effort 80% reward”.  If surviving the recession means changes to your normal daily routine that should not be a problem, just making it through the recession is the main thing for you and your family.

Despite their popularity, not everyone is able to take an extended cruise.  If you would like to experience gambling aboard a cruise ship, but you don’t want to stay overnight, you can visit a coastal casino or a river casino.  Along the Untied States coast and a number of popular river banks, casinos are legal. These casinos were often legalized by local governments.  Stationary cruise casinos are similar to legalized land casinos.  The only difference between the two is that they are located on the water.

To gamble aboard a casino, whether it is a vacation cruise, a river casino, or a costal casino, you will have to make plans.  River casinos and costal casinos do not require reservations, but vacation cruises do.  If you would like the experience of having a vacation at a cruise ship’s casino, you must first make a reservation.  Once you have made those reservations, you can make plans to enjoy gambling on your vacation.
